Olena arrived with her daughter Hanna, who has Down syndrome. Initially, Hanna was enrolled in a regular secondary school without accommodations for her needs. Warm Space contacted local authorities and secured a place for Hanna in a specialised school. Additionally, Warm Space helped Olena apply for Disability Living Allowance for Hanna.

Nina, a retired woman, needed assistance with medical forms and housing benefits. Warm Space helped her complete the necessary forms and facilitated communication with the local council regarding her housing benefit.

Mila and Kateryna, who arrived without BRPs, were living at separate addresses. Warm Space discovered their BRPs were at post offices outside London and advised them on how to retrieve them. They also assisted in setting up their bank accounts.

Vira needed to enroll her son Mark in primary school. Warm Space helped set up a council account, submit applications, and provided guidance throughout the process.
“The school application process was daunting, but Warm Space made it manageable. Mark is now enrolled and happy in his new school.”
Zina, with a background in yoga, sought employment in the UK. Warm Space directed her to a local college for certification, helped her draft a CV, and provided ongoing support through Conversational English classes.
“Warm Space has boosted my confidence and provided me with the tools I need to pursue my career here. Their support has been instrumental in my integration.”
Maria, a 10-year-old girl, arrived in the UK after witnessing traumatic events. St Mary’s provided TRT sessions and one-on-one support, helping her regain a sense of normalcy.

Alex, a 12-year-old boy, struggled with integration in school. An ESW worked closely with him, his teachers, and his family to ensure a smooth transition.
